In this world with a vast forest of religions and denominations, a question that troubles many is, “Which is the correct religion to lead a person to God?” However, only a few
ask the fundamental question: “Can religion lead a person to God?” There is no need to waste time choosing a religion that is suitable for taking someone to heaven before knowing if the religion itself has the capability to do so. Dr. Mmanyi’s book delves deeply and on the basis of scriptures into the idea that only religion does not have the ability to take a person to heaven, but salvation through the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Despite this truth, Dr. Mmanyi, who is also a faithful believer in his Christian religion, does not negate the existence of religion but discusses in-depth its role and significance in a person’s life. This book provides specific methods to strengthen unity and solidarity, built on the foundation of commonalities rather than hostility and conflicts arising from our differences.
